This product is made from Bac.subtilis no.1398 through fermentation and extraction technique. It can catalyze protein to hydrolyze into low molecular peptide and amino acid. The products can be used in the industry of leather softening and depilation, silk degumming, plant and animal proteolysis, brewing and feedstuff.
