This product is made from Bac.licheniformis 2709 through cultivation and extraction technique. This product can catalyze the hydrolysis of protein under alkaline condition (pH 9-12) and is mainly used in the industry of detergent, leather depilation, silk degumming and protein hydrolysis.

1) Appearance: powder
2) pH: stable in 9-12, most in 9-10.5
3) Enzymatic activity: 200,000 u/g, 800,000u/g
4) Activity temperature:40-45^oC
5) Calcium ion consistency: calcium/manganese ion can protect and active
this product; copper/mercury ion can inhibit this product.
6) Storage: should be stored in a dry and cool place.
7) Shelf life:12 months under 25^oC
